On April 23, best selling author and chef Bryant Terry engaged more than 100 audience members with his profound comments on food justice, being vegan and the rich history and health benefits of African American cuisine. Here’s a quick overview of the evening in snapshots. Bryant was in Grand Rapids as part of Calvin College’s Wake-up Weekend. LINC generously hosted the event in its gallery space that featured the art of Grand Rapids’ Scott Robinson. Check back for video coverage of the event.
